For a new house a 3 coat system is highly recommended, I use premium dulux paints. 1 coat of oil sealer and two topcoats of premium Dulux Wash and Wear or Dulux Wash and Wear Plus +

3 coats on all walls using the best quality paint (including all kitchen, laundry and bedroom robes)
Sanding of all walls which will leave a smooth finish from top to bottom
Patching of walls of (6 hours) to ensure a quality finish
Guaranteed workmanship and quality
Touch up paint left and clearly labeled
